Set-Up Process - Rentals, Drop off, Set Up, Pick Up

Our tent rental process begins with a simple consultation, in which we’ll discuss the size of your party and determine the needs of your event. Once you have chosen the tents you need, we will then deliver and set them up prior to your event. In order to accommodate delivery and set-up of tents, orders for tents should be placed at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

At the conclusion of the event, we will simply recover the tents. We pride ourselves on a simple, easy system that allows your event to function without a hitch.
